Refund

If you wish to submit a refund request, you must send an email with your request directly to Customer Service via the contact form.

Once the request has been submitted, it will be taken in charge by our operators, who will carry out the necessary checks and provide you with feedback via e-mail.
Please include the following information in your request:
  1. The email address used to register for the service
  2. The date and amount of the transaction
  3. If you paid with a credit or debit card:
    1. The last four digits of the card used
    2. The card’s expiration date
  4. If you paid with PayPal through Codapay:
    1. The email address used to register for the service
    2. The Codapay transaction number, which can be found on the purchase confirmation uploaded to your personal area on the website
  5. If you paid with Apple Pay:
    1. The email address of your account registered on the website
  6. If you paid with Google Pay:
    1. The email address of your account registered on the website
  7. The reason for your request
This information is essential to allow our operators to process your request as quickly as possible.
